What kind of services do you provide?
We sell inflatable equipments. We have a wide product base including bouncers, slides, combos, obstacle courses, sport games and fields, multipurpose fields, tunnels, promotional inflatables, and party tents, among other.
Web design, implementation and hosting. Domain name registration and e-mail accounts generation.

Do you sell worldwide?
Yes, we sell to international customers all around the world. We can also handle product distribution and logistics for them if needed. 

What are your payment terms?
We usually work on demand and production takes about 2 to 3 weeks. We request a down payment of 50% to start production and orders must be paid in full before shipping.

Do you offer financing or leasing?
No, unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer these options.

I want a specific design or color. Will you customize a unit for me?
Yes! We can build your "One of a Kind" inflatable...

You may customize the equipments by including your logo for free and/or personalize them with the plotted decorations of your choice. We have a reference decorations' catalogue at clients' disposal or we may create decorations in line with the theme of your interest.

You may also choose the color scheme for any of our designs for no extra charge subject to color availability.

We also work on quite flexible basis and are able to make minor changes to our inflatables at clients' request (usually subject to extra charges)..  

How much will H&S charges for my order be?
Shipping costs (H&S) depend on your final order's weight and volume. All of our H&S charges are subsidized to offer clients better H&S terms. 

Once you have selected the items of your interest please contact us to receive a final quote including shipping costs for your reference.

We use DHL as our carrier. When your order is ready for shipping we will send an automated shipping notification with detail tracking information.

We offer both Door to Door and Door to Airport shipping services. Please feel free to contact us for more information on this subject.

When Do I pay for shipping?
When you place your order we will prepare a final quote including H&S charges. Payment Terms for this quote are as detailed on the Payment section. All charges must be paid in full before shipping. 

How long does delivery take?
Shipping time may vary between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the order final destination. 

How long will it take to make a inflatable unit that is not in stock?
Production time is about 2 to 3 weeks depending on our factory work load at the time you place your order. If you are interested in any of our products, we can give you an estimated production time for your reference. Otherwise we will confirm production time when you place your order.
